Easter Goodness~ Take Three

                             A few of my favorite things to experience on Easter morning...........

Dressing my children

Tying the ribbon on my baby girls' bonnet

Fastening their new shoes

Wiggling little hands into a tiny pair of pearl gloves

Spending time together as a family

Watching their faces light up

while sharing the story of Easter and all that it brings.

Catching priceless moments like this with my camera.....

and this

and this.

Attempting to get a picture of all the children together

And attempting to get a family photo

Then giving up and watching this unfold.....

and this......

and this.

Hope that you and your loved ones enjoyed a glorious Easter Sunday together too!

What a beautiful family you have!! I always love the sweet interaction you catch between your children, versus the forced cheezy smile pictures. Love realy does come through your lens. Looks like you had tons of fun with your new camera!!

@Jennifer

He is so good! And I agree with you...
I'm trying my best to get it right with these little ones, if nothing else! Hope all is well with you!!

@Preppy 101~
It's a miracle! They do much better early in the morning. :)

@Jennifer(Southern Butter)
Thank you so much for your sweet words! I know you love all of the fluff .... We love exactly the same things! And YES! I need the name and contact info for the water color guy. I have picked out about a few pictures from this weekend.
I hope they turn out!

@Raining Pearls~

Thank you so much. I am so glad you enjoyed all the pictures! I am making up for lost time with this camera and trying my best to capture a little bit each day. I just love it.

@Jenny Beth~
Well I can't wait to see the pictures of your baby girl in her bonnet. There isn't anything sweeter than a baby in a bonnet. Thank you for your comment!!

@Cori~

Thank you so much. I gave up on Sunday trying to get them all together and everything turned out better than expected! Hope you are well and enjoyed a beautiful Easter too! Many Blessings!

@Sarah~

Well. Let's see. By the world's standards of wealthy~ probably not.
My girls wore the same Easter dress they wore last year. My son wore a suit from a consignment sale and my baby boy wore his big brother's Easter suit from two years ago.
But if you are referring to Spiritual Wealth....then yes.....

We are. Very much so. We walk in the truth. Hold on to His grace. And spread His love and light whenever the opportunity presents itself. And it keeps us grateful and thankful and humble....

Many Blessings to you Sarah.

@ Tales From My Empty Nest~

Thank you so much! I am saving the dresses for my grand-babies to wear one day. I think it would be so special to have something sentimental to wear on such a High Holiday...

Hope that you are doing well and that you and your girls enjoyed a beautiful Easter!!

Absolutely priceless! I love each and every one!

The bonnets, oh, the bonnets! Do you know how much I adore bonnets? My babies wore them until their ears popped out!

Love it all!

those dresses with bonnets are just precious. they make for the most wonderful easter photos. The weather here was absolutely freezing so i didn't get great pictures. I'm a teeny tiny bit jealous when I see bright and sunny easter pics!

Hi, there--I just wanted to say how precious these photos and (of course) your beautiful children are. A friend sent me your way after reading this post of mine not too long ago: http://hintonrae.wordpress.com/2010/04/03/beauty-from-ashes/ and I'm so glad she did...you have a wonderful blog. I'll be back for more.

Absolutely perfect. Those are the cutest little smocked dresses. Is smocking bigger in the south than it is here? We don't have enough smocked dresses here. I absolutely love them and the bonnet is a keeper.

Love your photos!

I see bright sun in your bottom pictures. I didn't see that in your top pictures--was it a little shady or overcast for the earlier photos?

We have NO shade here, and clear blue skies 99.9% of the time, so my easter photos are always so bright.

So, if it was sunny in the first few pictures, I 'd love to learn what you did in your photos to keep it from being so bright!

My girls wore smocked dresses, too; I ended up taking them all inside to get a photo without direct sunlight.
