Questions and Answers

Good Morning! I hope you are blessed beyond measure this Monday morning! For those who have asked, e-mailed or left comments with questions- this is for you.I'm trying to catch up! :) My apologies for not getting back to you (if I didn't) but I am never really sure how to respond. Do I leave a comment on that blogger's post or do I answer in the comment section of my own post? I have never been sure about that! So I've answered the best that I can in this season of my life (with my limited computer time:) and decided to devote a post to a little Q and A.
Ask away.... I'm answering!
Blessings!

What a lovely picture! It has been so cold here--we need some summer beach weather.

Want a hard one, Pearlie?

How do you do it ALL? We are so impressed by your obvious style and GRACE! Obviously, the good Lord has his hand on you, but what do you do AND HOW do you do it ALL?

O.K., maybe this question is for your book--which must be in the works! Hope you are having a wonderful week.

What I would give to sit and basque in your word. You have so much to share.

My question would be: Have you ever considered putting together a book on entertaining, hospitailty, party planning etc? Your posts are always so inspiring. I've seen other bloggers put together e-books and sell them. Just a thought. You have created such a Haven and I would love to hear more.

Blessings
Nancy

Sorry, one more: Will there be another Pearl Event?

I have my comments set to where they come to my inbox on my email. So, if someone ask me a question or I want to comment, I just hit reply. That way i know they receive in their email. I follow so many blogs, if I ask a question if someone doesn't respond by sending the message to my email I never think to go back to that post and look for an answer. I have usually forgotten about it. ha ha. That is just what i do.

I know bloggers who have done question/answer and then done a post of all their answers. So, in coming up with question mine would be discipline with your children? Ella is reaching age 2 and I could use some guidance. Any recommended books?

Oh, and it would be so nice to get a tour of your new home! I love seeing inside other people's houses. Your kitchen was devine!

It's so great to have you back posting! I always love to read what you have to say and find so many posts inspirational and timely. I'm still mad I got snowed out of your Pearls & Grace event!

My question...I feel like I missed something with regard to your move. It sounds like you have moved some distance from the east coast. If it's not too personal, will you share why you moved and how you are settling in?

Thank you!

Good morning! Happy to hear you're getting settled in. Can I tell you that your new kitchen is beautiful- and my favorite kind of kitchen- a white one with dark wood floors. I love the one from "Something's Gotta Give". I eye every kitchen in potential new homes (we're moving) to see if I can make it look that way!

Anyway, my question for you is about your decorating style. The photos on your blog that show your home are lovely- very feminine, soft pinks and blues and white, light and clean. Yet, it doesn't look so feminine as to make your hubby and sons- out of place (is that the right way to say it?). Is that a conscious choice? And will your new home have that same style?

I'm so happy you're back. I've missed your posts.

I like it when bloggers do a question/answer post or answer 1-2 questions in their next post. Sometimes I have a question, but I see someone has already asked the same question so I don't ask again. I hope that makes sense. Ha!

My question is... What is your favorite Bible verse and why?

Love the Fitflops or whatever they are called. I had to put a new coat of toenail polish on tonight so I could wear them tomorrow. Thanks for the great tip. Won't you wear yours again tomorrow to match me?
